Procedure for taking Admission
- The duly filled in application form must be submitted to the college office with in the following documents:
- Attested copy of marks statement of qualifying examinations I and II year PUC.
- A copy of category certificate / caste.
- Late and incomplete application forms will not be considered.
- All admissions are subject to the approval of Bangalore University.
- The list of selected candidates will be notified on the college notice board and individual interview cards will not be sent.
- The selected candidates along with parents are informed to meet admission committee with the following documents.
- Original marks statement ( 1 Xerox copy)
- Original Transfer Certificate. (TC)
- Income and Caste/Category certificate (Xerox copy only)
- Passport size photo ( 4 copies)
- Aadhar card (Xerox copy only)
- The candidate cannot claim admission as a matter of right by buying the application form.
- Admission fee paid will not be refunded.
Code of conduct to be followed by Students
- All students are required to be punctual and regular to their classes.
- When a student has been absent from college on account of unforeseen circumstances, a note of excuse must be presented to the Class Teacher.
- Internal Tests and exams will be held periodically for each class and performance of the students will be discussed with the parent/ guardian during the counselling session. Attendance of students and parents is compulsory for the above.
- Students who do not satisfy progress in the course of the year may not be permitted to take the University Examination.
- Students are required to wear identity cards in the college premises.
- Students are advised not to indulge in damaging the college property. In the event of any such damage, it shall be made good by imposing general fine on all students proportionate to the damage caused.
- Hall tickets for examination will not be issued to the students if they fail to return the books borrowed by them from the library.
- Students having less than 75% attendance will not be eligible to take up the examination.
- Parents/Guardians are requested to contact the concerned Class teachers periodically to know about the conduct, progress and attendance of their wards.
- All students are instructed to follow uniform dress code.
- Ragging is strictly prohibited in the campus and will be delt with severely.
- Harassment – verbal, physical, emotional and sexual will not be tolerated and will be strictly delt with.
