The RPA Library came into existence in 1993 and library is housed on the ground floor in a spacious and well-ventilated block below above the administrative block. with a separate reading room and a reference section, and so on the library serves as a central information centre for students, and faculty members of the various department of the college.

There are more than 12,000 books, 18 journals 25 magazines and 11 newspapers available for students and staff to browse through. There is also an exclusive book bank facility for students belonging to SC/ST. These books have been provided by Bangalore university. Internet facility is available under the Scheme. . It endeavours to improve upon its services by adopting the best practices and implementing them for the benefit of patrons.
